Aumgene manufactures high-performance textile enzymes that replace harsh chemical processes with cleaner, more efficient bio-based alternatives. Our textile enzyme super concentrates deliver consistent results in desizing, bio-scouring, bio-polishing, and denim finishing — helping textile manufacturers reduce water usage, energy costs, and chemical effluent while improving fabric quality.
Removes starch sizing from woven fabrics prior to dyeing or finishing. Provides consistent desizing without fabric damage, improving dye uptake uniformity and reducing water consumption.
Removes surface fibres and microfibrils from cotton at acidic pH, giving fabric a smooth, clean appearance. Reduces pilling, improves colour brightness, and enhances softness and drape.
Enzymatic stonewashing of denim at neutral pH for worn-look finishing — with less water, reduced pumice stone use, and lower environmental impact. Gentler on fabric strength than acid cellulase.
Enzymatic removal of natural waxes and pectins from raw cotton, replacing alkaline scouring. Achieves excellent absorbency and cleaner fibre with lower energy, water, and chemical consumption.
Enzymatic retting of bast fibres (flax, hemp, jute) to release fibres from the stem. Produces high-quality, consistently retted fibres with reduced processing time versus water or dew retting.
Enzymatic treatment of wool fibre to improve shrink resistance, softness, and printability. Reduces or eliminates the need for chlorination in wool shrink-resist processing.
Used in enzymatic bleaching and dye decolourisation of textile effluents. Oxidizes phenolic and non-phenolic dye compounds, reducing colour load in wastewater and enabling cleaner effluent discharge.
Decomposes residual hydrogen peroxide after bleaching processes, eliminating the need for chemical reducing agents. Enables direct dyeing after bleaching without a water rinse step, saving water and energy.
Oxidative enzyme used in denim finishing for indigo bleaching and decolourisation, producing stonewashed effects without pumice stones. Also used in bio-bleaching and effluent colour removal applications.
